Return and refunds:

Customer must notify ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com within 24 hours upon receipt of any parts received with damages caused during transportation. In cases where we ship under the customer’s shipping account number, the customer is responsible for filing the claim with their shipping transportation company. Customer agrees that ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com will not be liable for any damages, losses and causes of actions, causes for lesser negligence of the shipping company or customer operation.

Warranty:
Solventprintersupplies.com products do not come with a warranty unless otherwise noted in the product description. If a manufacturer warranty does apply, Customer must obtain an RMA from ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com. Warranty claims will absolutely not be processed without an RMA. Customer agrees that ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com will assist as a liaison between customer and manufacturer as regards warranty claims. Customer agrees that ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com will not be liable for refunds or replacements on any warranty claims. If warranty exsists, it is effective the day the order ships to customer. In cases where the manufacturer grants repair or part replacement, we will notify the customer to discuss the manufacturers decision. Manufacturer RMA/warranty evaluation times vary and ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com can not guarantee how long the process will take. Customer will be responsible for any and all re-stocking fees issued by Manufacturer.

Pre-authorized items received by ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com under an authorized RMA, will be evaluated by ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com upon receipt. If any damage is visible on the product that is deemed a direct result of improper use or neglect by the Customer, the RMA will immediately become void and Customer will be notified in writing of same.

Customer agrees that ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com will not be liable for any actual incidental, direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use, performance or non-performance of the equipment, supplies or software, including the loss of profits or loss of data.

Payment Terms:
Payment forms accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com and any of its partners against any and all legal claims and demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise from or relate to your use or misuse of this website. You agree that ChromaXpress, LLC dba Solventprintersupplies.com shall be able to select its own legal counsel and may participate in its own defense if company so wishes.
